Champagne Taste, Caviar Dreams is an ’02 Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy. It’s just one of the custom bikes cranked out (no pun intended) by the creative mechanical team at Crank & Chrome.

Crank & Chrome crew members performed a thorough overhaul on the 95” Twin Cam motor and retained the stock Magneti Marelli electronic fuel injection. Pipes are now Vance & Hines Short Shots. John Sachs modified Screamin’ Eagle cylinder heads, SE204 cams and adjustable pushrods replaced the factory installed items. Lifter blocks are from Arlen Ness. Expert tuning resulted in a dyno readout that indicated 105 horsepower at the rear wheel.
